Specialization and Experience:
Meghan is a Certified Pilates Reformer Instructor (Peak Pilates, 2025) and a Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga Teacher (500-hour RYT) with over 8 years of experience in studios, resorts, and private sessions. With advanced training in Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, and restorative practices, she approaches movement as a form of medicine — a way to come home to your body, build strength from within, and create space for growth.
Approach/Philosophy:
Whether teaching Pilates, yoga, or barre, she is passionate about making movement accessible, intentional, and deeply supportive. Her classes are breath-centered and inclusive, with a focus on mindful alignment, nervous system support, and holding space for each person exactly where they are.
