Macarena is a multi-talented movement lover, with over five years of performance and dance teaching experience in a broad range of modern dance styles. Since 2018, she has created new choreography for dance classes for beginner and intermediate level dancers. She teaches foundational technique, and strengthening exercises to prepare students for choreography. Her experience includes rehearsing choreography to feature in music videos, and show performances as well as traveling with a dance company to host dance shows, and curate performances with recruited dancers. She teaches Mat Pilates + sculpt modalities, as well as dance movements to deepen the mind-body connection of their communities.
