Studio Policies

Our online system is called Mind Body. Once you are in there, you will be asked to create a profile, login, and password. You will also be asked for a credit card to keep on file which can be used for purchases as well as any late charges. You can view the class schedule and you can purchase the classes or packages of interest.

To allow clients to maximize the use of their package, the studio strictly enforces the cancellation policy of 24 hours prior via online cancellation. Email or text messages are not accepted. Please be sure of your commitment as there are no refunds.
Late cancels (classes not cancelled 24 hours before scheduled class) will result in forfeiting a class from an individual package.

Walk-ins are always welcome; however, there may not always be room available in the class. The best way to guarantee your spot is to reserve one. You can do this by going onto our website or by calling the studio. Classes may fill up quickly so be sure to reserve your spot. If you choose to do so online, you will be directed to our Mind Body online scheduling page where you will just need to create a username and password and then select the class or package you are interested in. Your purchase is then applied to your account and you can set up a reservation from there.

Yes, we do have a waitlist which you can access online. If you sign up for classes online you can set up to have emails or text alerts sent to you when you have been added to the list. Be sure to enter your correct mobile carrier number. It is always recommended though that you check in with your account online to see if you have been added to the class. (We are at the mercy of our software). Be aware that you are subject to our cancellation policy if you are on the waitlist and do not show or if you late cancel.

Once the door is shut and the class begins your spot may have been given up to someone on the wait list. Please check with the front desk. You are not permitted to take the class after 10 min from the start of class for safety reasons. Your body will not be warm enough to perform the exercises correctly. A late arrival will result in forfeiture of the class.

No, all purchases are final. Classes and private sessions are non-refundable and may not be exchanged or transferred. 5, 10 and 20 class packages have an expiration date.
5 session packages expire in 2 months, 10 expire in 3 months and 20 expire in 5 months.
